~About access and transportation

Q. Do you provide transportation?

A. Pick up and drop off available for those staying in Miyakojima and Kurima Island area.The following is a list of the areas that are not included in the pick-up and drop-off area. The Irabu Island, Shimoji Island, and Ikema Island areas are out of the pick-up and drop-off range.Basically, we can provide pick-up service, but we may ask you to meet us on site depending on the availability of reservations. Please note that pick-up availability will be decided the day before the tour.

Q. What should I wear? Will my clothes get wet on the tour?

A. Clothes get wet on most tours.There is no particular specification,clothes that can get wet(swimsuits, rash guards, sportswear, etc.) are recommended.

Q. Can I snorkel during the winter season (December to February) in Miyako Island? Is it cold?

A. Miyako Island is relatively mild in winter compared to other parts of Japan,Snorkeling is allowed.Also, during the winter seasonWetsuits are available for free rental.With a wetsuit, snorkeling can be enjoyed even in the winter sea.

Q. Is there a changing room or place to shower on-site?

A. Because of the wilderness field,Changing rooms and showers are not available on site.Please change into clothes that you do not mind getting wet before participating in the event.

Q. Is there a restroom on site?

A. Basically, we will be doing it in a wilderness field,There are no restrooms nearby.Please make sure you have paid in advance.

Q. Is there a place to leave my luggage?

A. There is no place to deposit them.Please keep them in the rental car. Tour is in progress,Our local guide will take the keys to your rental car.Guests arriving without a rental car will be kept in the guide's car.

Q. Can I bring my cell phone?

A. It is possible,Bringing cell phones and other personal items into the field is at your own risk.We are not responsible for any breakdown or loss of personal belongings during the tour.

Q. Can I see the sunset/sunrise/stars?

A. We are dealing with nature.We cannot promise "never."The weather on remote islands is changeable and no matter how cloudy it is, there is no chance of seeing it.

Tours are generally held even if it rains or is overcast.

Q. Where do you eat lunch?

A. There are several restaurants near the rest area.You are welcome to eat at any restaurant of your choice. If your break is short, we recommend that you bring a light meal.Since the opening of this restaurant,Lunch is not provided for food hygiene reasons.

Please be aware that there have been many cases of food poisoning caused by poor food storage and management at activity stores that disregard food sanitation laws.

Q.Do you have any photos from the tour?

A. During the tour, the guide will take your pictures with a waterproof camera,We will present the data to you free of charge.There is no need to bring your own precious camera to the water!

Q. How can I get photo data?

A. The photo data is basically presented to the customer using a smart phone.If you have the LINE messaging application or can use the AirDrop function of the iPhone series, you can send the photo data without any problem. Q. What time does the tour end?

A. Please refer to the reference schedule for each tour. Due to the channel and weather conditions, we will contact you the day before the tour date to confirm the schedule.

Q. Are you sure you are making the reservation?

A. 当ショップ或いはご予約されたサイトから予約完了メールが届いていればご予約は完了しておりますのでご安心ください。またツアー前日にすべてのお客様に、メールもしくはお電話にて集合場所・集合時間等のご連絡をいたします。なお、ツアー前日までは確定した集合場所・集合時間をお伝えできませんのでご了承ください。

Q. 一人での参加は可能ですか?

A. 大歓迎です。ただし開催定員に満たない場合はツアーが中止とさせていただく場合がございますのでご了承ください。

Q. 子供連れでも参加できますか?

A. お子様連れやご家族にぴったりなプランを多数ご用意しております。お電話・公式ライン・メールにてご相談ください!

Q. 団体予約は可能ですか?

A. 可能です。団体向けのプランも多数ご用意しています。ニーズやご希望に沿ったプランをご提案させていただきますのでお気軽にご相談ください。

Q. ツアーの日程変更や時間変更は可能でしょうか?

A. もちろん可能です。事前にご相談していただけましたら、天候やお客様のご都合に合わせてご対応いたします。またその時の状況に応じて当ショップよりベストなご提案をさせていただくことも可能です。

※お客様都合による変更ではなくキャンセルの場合は後述のキャンセルポリシーが適用される場合がございますのでご注意ください。

Q. 妊娠中でもツアーに参加できますか?

A. 申し訳ございません。ご妊娠されている方のツアー参加はお断りさせていただいております。

 

~ Regarding the weather~.

Q. 雨でも開催しますか?

A. 雨でも安全が確保されている状態であれば催行いたします。台風などの特別な天候を除き、基本的に雨天催行です。ただし、フィールドコンディションは雨だけでなく、風や波など様々な要因により変動いたします。これらの要因により当日にフィールドの安全が確保されないと判断した場合は、たとえ晴れていたとしてもツアーを中止とさせていただく場合がございます。ご了承ください。ツアー中止の場合は弊社からお客様へご連絡をいたします。

 

~ Regarding personal belongings~.

Q. 当日の服装、持ち物は?

A. 水着やラッシュガード、スポーツウェアやその他動きやすく乾きやすい恰好をあらかじめご着用の上お越しください。持ち物は基本的にお飲み物、タオルの2点で大丈夫です!サングラスや日焼け止めをお持ちの方はご持参ください!

Q. タオルはなぜ必要ですか?

A. レンタカーでお越しの場合、車内を濡らさないよう濡れた体を拭くためにご持参ください。

 

~ Regarding payment

Q.支払い方法は?

A. 事前カード決済又は当日現金でのお支払いになります。

Q. キャンセル料は?

A.お客様のご都合でキャンセルされる場合、下記のキャンセルポリシーに基づきキャンセル料を申し受けますのでご了承ください。

 

  • Up to one day before the day of participation: free of charge
  • On the day of participation: 100% of the tour fee
  • No-show cancellation: 100% of tour fee

 

However,No cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations due to force majeure such as flight cancellation!
