🌴About Transportation🌴

No need to worry if you don't have a rental car. We offer a free shuttle service to pick you up anywhere on Miyako Island and Kurima Island (Irabu Island, Shimoji Island, and Ikema Island are outside our service area, so please meet us at the designated location).

We do not provide airport transportation.

Since we determine whether a pickup service is available based on booking status the day before, we may ask you to meet us at the location. We will notify you of the meeting time and location by phone or email the day before.

🌴What happens on rainy days or when it's windy?🌴

Since this is an indoor activity, it will take place as scheduled even on rainy or windy days. You can also choose this as an alternative activity on days when ocean tours are canceled.

The event will be canceled only if we determine that it cannot be held safely—for example, due to an approaching typhoon—and we will contact you directly no later than the morning of the event. In such cases, no cancellation fee will be charged, and we will accommodate rescheduling requests.

For cancellations made at the customer’s request, there is no charge if canceled by the day before the tour date; however, a 100% cancellation fee of the tour price will be charged for cancellations made on the day of the tour or for no-shows. No cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations due to force majeure, such as flight cancellations.
