The Okinawa Prefectural Public Safety Commission has designated the following as “Maru-Yu” (Outstanding Marine Leisure Service Providers for Safety Measures):
It is designated as a business engaged in snorkeling and pleasure boat services. (As of November 2025)

Approximately 31 TP3T were acquired within the prefecture. (As of June 2024; according to a survey by the Ryugin Research Institute)

■Guide Certifications

All 160 guides on the three islands served by ADVENTURE PiPi hold either a “PADI Snorkel Guide” or “OMSB Snorkel Guide” certification.

In addition, I hold one of the following rescue certifications: “PADI EFR,” “Japanese Red Cross Society Water Safety Rescue Worker Level II,” or “OMSB Water Rescue Worker.” (As of August 2026)

■Support System

Even if you can't swim, we'll start in shallow water where you can touch the bottom.

We always have five sizes of life jackets on hand, ranging from children's to adult sizes, and our guides are always available to assist you.

🌴About Transportation🌴

No need to worry if you don't have a rental car. We offer a free shuttle service to pick you up anywhere on Miyako Island and Kurima Island (Irabu Island, Shimoji Island, and Ikema Island are outside our service area, so please meet us at the designated location).

For private tour packages only, we may be able to arrange pick-up from accommodations that are normally outside our pickup area (in this case, the tour duration will be shortened). Please inquire when making your reservation.

We do not provide airport transportation.

We will contact you by phone or email the day before to let you know the meeting time and location.

Please note that anyone who has been drinking alcohol will not be permitted to participate in the tour.

🌴What happens on rainy days or when it's windy?🌴

Except in special weather conditions such as typhoons, the tour generally operates even in the rain. Even in the rain, visibility underwater is good, so you can enjoy the tour as usual.

If the event is canceled due to an approaching typhoon, we will not charge a cancellation fee and will accommodate rescheduling requests.

In addition, if we determine that the tour cannot be conducted safely due to strong winds, sea conditions, tide levels, or other factors, we will cancel the tour and contact you directly no later than the morning of the tour. In this case as well, no cancellation fee will be charged.

Depending on the weather, we may suggest alternatives for your participation on the day of the event, such as changing the start time, switching from SUP to canoeing, or holding the event at a different location that isn’t affected.

For cancellations made at the customer’s request, the cancellation fees for charter (private) plans are as follows: 20% of the tour fee if canceled 7 to 3 days in advance; 50% if canceled 2 days in advance; and 100% if canceled the day before, on the day of the tour, or without prior notice. No cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations due to force majeure, such as flight cancellations.
