■ "Maru-Yu" Certification (Okinawa Prefectural Public Safety Commission)

The Okinawa Prefectural Public Safety Commission has designated the following as “Maru-Yu” (Outstanding Marine Leisure Service Providers for Safety Measures):
It is designated as a business engaged in snorkeling and pleasure boat services. (As of November 2025)

Approximately 31 TP3T were acquired within the prefecture. (As of June 2024; according to a survey by the Ryugin Research Institute)

■Guide Certifications

All 160 guides on the three islands served by ADVENTURE PiPi hold either a “PADI Snorkel Guide” or “OMSB Snorkel Guide” certification.

In addition, I hold one of the following rescue certifications: “PADI EFR,” “Japanese Red Cross Society Water Safety Rescue Worker Level II,” or “OMSB Water Rescue Worker.” (As of August 2026)

🌴About Transportation🌴

Please let us know if you would like transportation arrangements. We will recommend the best location based on the number of participants and your preferred program.

Meeting and dismissal times may vary depending on the program, so we will let you know when you contact us.

🌴What happens on rainy days or when it's windy?🌴

The event will take place even in the rain. If the outdoor field is unavailable, we will move the event to the gym, so the program is rarely canceled even on rainy days.

If the event is canceled due to an approaching typhoon, we will not charge a cancellation fee and will accommodate rescheduling requests.

In addition, if we determine that the tour cannot be conducted safely due to strong winds, rough seas, or other conditions, we will cancel the tour and contact you directly no later than the morning of the tour. In this case as well, no cancellation fee will be charged.

For cancellations made at the customer’s request, the cancellation fee is 30% of the tour price if canceled 31 to 8 days in advance, 50% if canceled 7 to 3 days in advance, and 100% if canceled 2 days or less in advance or without notice. No cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations due to force majeure, such as flight cancellations.
