style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Direct flights are available from central Tokyo, Osaka, Fukuoka, and other urban centers, allowing direct access to the area.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In 2019, Shimojijima Airport, located on Shimojijima Island, one of the Miyako Archipelago, was renovated from flight training to civilian use, making it more accessible to Miyako 400;\">Miyako Island belongs to Okinawa Prefecture, but the summer season (July to September) is often visited by the rainy season and typhoons, and it can be said that the weather is often unpredictable during this season.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nevertheless, compared to other islands in Okinawa Prefecture, Miyakojima's weather is relatively stable, so outside of these seasons, the weather is warm and sunny and comfortable throughout the year.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In particular, April through May is an easy time to visit because the weather is stable, the temperature is not too high, and the sun is not too strong.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" summer-like conditions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The sea opening is held on the first Sunday of April every year, followed by a major holiday weekend in May, which is when
