ADVENTURE PiPi has three stores on Ishigaki Island, Iriomote Island, and Miyako Island, each with a store manager.<\/p>\n

In this issue.In addition to training<\/strong>and organizational strength.team building<\/span><\/strong>The company has conducted a<\/p>\n

The content of the training was a \"Quick BBQ\" in which four teams were divided and competed to see which team could hold a quick, delicious, and well-organized BBQ.<\/p>\n

Since we were a team of only four people, we had to figure out how to divide the roles and what strategies to use.<\/p>\n

Communication outside of work<\/span><\/strong>It was a good opportunity for us to feel that we could have strengthened ourselves as a team and as an organization by working closely with the other members of the team!<\/p>\n

ADVENTURE PiPi will continue to conduct regular training and MTG to ensure that our customers are more satisfied than ever!<\/p>\n
